HOW DOES THE WAITLIST AND DEPOSIT PROCESS WORK?

Submitting a puppy application does not require a deposit. The application simply gives us an opportunity to learn more about you, your family and what you are looking for in a Cavapoo puppy. If you decide to join our waiting list, a reservation deposit is required to secure your place. The deposit is applied towards the final puppy price, with the terms and conditions set out in your puppy agreement.

When a litter is born, families are contacted in waiting-list order and given the opportunity to select from that litter. If the timing is not quite right, families may be able to defer their selection to a future litter, subject to the terms of our waiting-list agreement. Puppy selection takes place once the puppies are old enough for us to assess their development and temperament. We want families to have meaningful information about each puppy before making their selection. Our anticipated litter and go-home dates are always estimates. While we do our best to plan ahead, nature does not always follow a schedule, and dates may change.
